Research on the effect of alignment form of strip welding on strip breaking in tandem cold rolling

چکیده
The tandem cold rolling process is continuous production, and it desired to achieve a stable operation process, the incoming materials need be welded in length direction before rolling. Usually head tail of material have thickness dimension positive deviation, there are two alignments front rear strip, so that different weld zone profiles can formed. In this research, we built an FEA (finite element analysis) model strip with relevant simulation conditions designed reveal effect alignment on zone. risk breaking between forms during further discussed compared. It provides reference for setting method laser welding machine order reduce probability process.
